I think my heart rate monitor was playing up a bit today - either that or I've suddenly become so fit that I'm averaging 170bpm. It was way too high and was above 170 for pretty much most of it!

Anyway, ran 3 miles on the treadmill in less than 30mins - started at 6.6mph and then slowly dropped to 6.2 and kept it at that. Ended up running for another mile as I wasnt too tired. Wasnt actually too bad and I enjoyed it. I then finished off with a mile walk at an incline of 12 and a speed of 3.6mph. A nice way to get some exercise without the impact of running.

Also did 16mins on the bike and 15mins on the cross trainer so was at the gym working out for about 1.5hrs! According to my HRM, I burnt almost 700 calories! But like I said, I do think it was playing up a bit today.

a good work-out overall which I needed as I ate lots today. I just cant seem to stop eating at work!
