Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Rhianna has always told me this was the hardest workout she's ever done. So naturally, I was eager to see the hill. That, and not wanting to do a workout alone tomorrow propelled me to go do it today despite the fact that I think im a little sick. Yes, I've been sick all season. But I was like actually sick at the beginning of the school year and then I very slowly started to get better. I was finally close to healthy again when I got sick over the weekend. I felt bad on Sunday, have been coughing more again, and was feeling kind of nauseous during the warmup and drills.
That hill is endless. As we ran down I kept thinking it was almost the bottom but it just kept going. Didn't feel great on any of them really. I almost threw up after the second hill (tbt to last spring throwing up during a hill workout with William while sick) and then felt really light-headed after that final long hill (it was long short short long.)
So it might've been better to wait until tomorrow to do some fun sprinting but oh well.
foot hurt after and during (but also the left hurt too in the same place but not as badly) and I'm icing right now.
