Comments:
Girls were doing 6 and hilly but I was doing 4 and flats so I did this one on my own. Legs mostly just felt achy rather than any sharp pains. Went to Sarah today and she really massaged out my achillies and back. Did hurdles and Liam's ab routine afterwards.
