Comments:
I needed to stretch so I decided to go to a hatha class cuz they're slower. It ended up being pretty much what I needed although my back still was pretty tense so I asked the teacher after class for good stretches for my back. Usually I stay away from Hatha classes cuz they seem super lame in comparison to Ashtanga ones but I'm glad I went.
I am trying to get back into yoga hardcore to supplement Eva's class b/c otherwise I just turn into a big ball of hard, tense muscle. And all those FJ's aren't helping either :)
