Got really beat up at soccer last night but this is the last time I'm gonna have time to workout this week so I decided to push myself a lot tonight. Did 45 mins on the bike (15 minutes on 1, 15 minutes on 3, and then the last 15 on 7). Still felt pretty frustrated for some reason so I did three sets of 50 Russian twists with 10 pound plate, then three sets of 50 crunches, then three sets of 30 pushups and the usual amount of leg lifts. Still feel frustrated
