Comments:
Ran over to AU track with the Nike crew for 8x400 with 400 recovery. Though I miss the rest of the team, its fun having such a small group. I felt bad for the jog over and throughout drills. My breathing felt constrained as well. During the first four pickups, it was noticeable but not horrible. During the first 4 the girls were all one pack. I think I could've sustained that had my breathing not gotten significantly worse for the last 4. the 6th was especially bad. also on the 6th I was all alone because the group started while I was taking my inhaler, so that one was the slowest. I almost skipped the 7th because I was in pretty bad shape after the 6th breathing wise but it had gotten better by the time we got to the line and I would've felt guilty if I had skipped.

There was also some random guy in a GDS XC t-shirt who yelled to us.
