Love morning workouts. The workout wasn't hard, but my legs felt extremely heavy on the 200s. Had the team banquet in the evening. I had a blast and I love my new socks. I was doing so well at not crying during the senior speeches but then Sylv ruined it. Have an off day and the chiropractor tomorrow.
