Tried to ease my way back into and take it easy. Making my hard days Tuesday and Thursday. Went 30 mins on the bike, keeping the resistance fairly low (25 mins on 1, 5 mins on 5) but RPM high (above 95). Felt very unmotivated and pretty tired, usually common with the start of winter though. Knee was pretty tired and aching. Finished with planks and 350 leg lifts
