Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Crazy workout led by Mara Yamauchi.

First set: 4 continuous lollipop loops up on the Harborton Mean loop; fast on the uphills and easy on the downhills.

Second set: 3 hard laps around Edgeway Rd / Hugh Allen Crescent. I did them just around 3 min each. In between them there was no rest, just squats. (10x) regular squats after the first interval, split squats after the second, and jump squats after the third.

Third set: Continuous 5 hill reps up and down a short segment of Harborton Mead (just about 2 lampposts)

Fourth set: 8 hard 100m-ish with only 8s rest in between. Ran in a big group; whenever the last person finished, Mara counted down from 8 to the next rep. (I was usually close to the last.)
