Comments:
i just did 3 again. i felt ok, but not good enough to do another set. then i did like the slowest cooldown ever. i didnt have anyone with a watch this time so im guessing on the times.
i went to the meeting this afternoon but i didnt run partly because i had to work and partly because i felt like trash. haha it was SO nice to have a little bit of a break. i definately needed it.
