Finally up to date! Deciding to make the switch from biking to running and now lifting weights more often perhaps daily. Mostly though doing exercises related to strengthening my knee and my right leg back up and some stuff I learned from the master william miezan himself. Then I wanted to do an up tempo run but really only had like 20 minutes to run because it was kinda late and I needed to have dinner so I went from starting out at a 10 min average to 7:30 average to 6:45 average (on the treadmill, guess I should've made that clear in my other logs too). Felt good, just wish I had more time, wanna learn the art of a steady run
