Got to enjoy watching some of the other track people who were done cross training play with what is clearly a defective fat percentage monitor. Then did some strength work with Justin.

Plank Leg lifts (25)

Planks felt surprisingly easy. I guess even though I haven't been doing them, I've been doing a lot of other ab work, so I have actually gotten stronger (or at least not weaker).
