Comments:
I'm not in great shape yet but I am definitely on the way! Todays run was one of my fastest runs in months. Averaging 7:05 a mile for the first 5k and then 6:56 per mile through the last 5k. Adding a consistent squat routine along with situps/pushups and a small weight routine has really helped build my speed, strength and muscle endurance. I can feel the solidness of my upper body and the powerful strides of my legs. Everything seems to be coming together very quickly.
