Comments:
8 mile run today. First half was very easy coming in with a time of 34 minutes. With the first mile coming in at 9 flat and then slowly started brining the mile times down. The second half was much faster coming in at just over 30 minutes.

It was my longest run this year and probably other than my two races the longest run since restarting training after taking the summer off!
