Comments:
Another 10k. It wasn't very fast and I forgot to stop my watch at the end so I am going to mark it as 26 minutes each way. Just under 8:30 a mile. Plus I did a little run to work and run another mile with some striders with my roommate. Afterwards. I am on a tear to start the new year. Running 6our of 8 days, 5 of the those runs where 10ks and then a snuck in an 8 miler. I am like 2 weeks from being best mode and I need to be in beast mode for that race. jUST 8 TRAINING DAYS LEFT
