Had a fast start on this workout. The race is on sunday and I had to warm my body up to running fast. First mile was about 7 flat than his about a 6:50. Finishing the first 5k is 22:45. I came back a lot slower and even had a running buddy slow me down even more. That's a good thing. I can't wear my self out for sunday!
