Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 60 degrees, breezy, clear
Comments:
First day running in a few weeks. Accomplished goal, which was to complete 3 miles without stopping. Cramped up after about 1 mile and continued to cramp on both sides for duration of run. Last half mile was a struggle...my stomach was turning a bit. Knees felt pretty sore afterwards.
