Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
With the waiting. Did 5 minutes throughout the neighborhood and then 40 minutes on the bike at a pretty intense effort. The run felt awful, but still fantastic, as it was my first run in 12 weeks (running fort reno to go sledding doesn't count). My ankles are very weak, so I need to work on that to prevent another sprain as I go back into running.
