Comments:
felt actually pretty good before the workout started; warm up: pre stretch, 4 min. run, stretch, drills, 15 min. run, 5 min, ladder; goal pace was 3:20-3:22; ran the first interval too fast and then 2nd almost too slow; running 16's and 22's felt the same however; on 5th and 6th interval hamstrings & calves were killing me; the warm down was supposed to be 3 min. run, 2 min, ladder, 5 min. "brisk", 15 min, run; i ended up just going for 20 and gradually picking it up because my legs (hamstrings) felt shot; trainers closed but I iced after practice
