Comments:
Ran 16:33 for 5000m. Split approximately 5:13, 5:17. Did not execute plan well, 39s turned into 40s far too easily; unable to pass guy who was slowing down. Not an awful time, still feels like a step backwards from Smith in that I felt bad DURING the race.
