Exercise Type: Run

Its been a whole week since I logged a run. It's a bad start to February and that's the bad news. I have only ran 2/8 days but if I work hard I can pull that around to Over 50% by the middle of the month. There are two races left in the season and only 26 training days left. I have been running the running a lot of 10ks but not no I need to up the anti a bit and be stuck on those 8 miles.
The good news is despit not having logged a run in a week I did the exact same run and was faster. Average about 8 seconds per mile faster on the way back. ( I did have minute traffic delays on both direction)
