Second Run

Comments:
I woke up got ready to run, then went outside...Its really cold just to put it simply, so doing this run on my own was not the most enjoyable run of all time. I tried to push the pace, because I was disappointed with how I ran yesterday, and then ended up feeling pretty winded on the second half, so I think if I timed the first half of this run it would be a lot faster than the second.I had to cut it short so I could go home, ice and roll before I got ready for work. There really aren't enough hours in a day. I also finished and immediately got a intense headache which by my estimations means I need to drink so much more water during the day. Unfortunately and fortunately I am going to New york tonight so I don't think I'll be able to run over the weekend but I know I will keep this routine up once I get back.
