Comments:
I ran the whole workout with Grace; it was nice to have some company because the workout was so long. We started out pretty slow and then got faster towards the end. Overall the workout was fairly easy, I didn't have any problems until the cooldown when my hands started stinging really badly. I think they're okay now, they're just red in some areas and occasionally hurt upon contact.
Soooo, I just looked back at my log and realized I haven't taken a day off in 15 days. I don't know how I didn't notice that before. Looks like I'm definitely taking Friday off and maybe Saturday too.
