Exercise Type: Bike

I chose a great day to try a run--the cookie run. of course. horrible luck. Unfortunately my IT band hurt after 5 minutes and after 5 more it hurt pretty badly. when we got back to school I cross trained a bit. I'm kind of frustrated that this is still bugging me. I was barely running when it started and I've run for a total of maybe 25 minutes in the last month hoping it would get better. I've enjoyed the little bit of running that I have done though.
