Comments:
I was just going to lift, but then I decided to run a mile on the treadmill when I was done. Lifting was great, I got there before the football team and was able to use a squat rack for the first time in weeks. I also did abs and stretched.
Matt, a quick explanation about the different structures of water was given in class today and it was basically the same as what you put in your log earlier this week. We also moved onto the solubility unit, it seems like it will be a lot more interesting than I originally thought it would be.
