Comments:
Not a bad race. I definitely ran even pace and negative splits. It was exactly what I wanted to do. I started out the first 3 miles out at a very comfortable 6:35 pace and eased into a 6:17 pace. One race left in the season I am a overall disappointed with not being able to bet last years times. But a lack of training and quality miles will do that!
