Comments:
Suppose to do 4 x 10:00 at 6-6:20 pace with 2:00 jogs. Went to the Moyer Park loop and went through the miles of each one in 6:18, 6:05, 6:05, 6:08. I either stayed the same or got faster the the next 800 of each too. I felt very good and very smooth/strong. JOgs in cool down below.
