Mile Repeats

Comments:
Had to run on treadmill, because kids have friends over. First mile repeat felt hard, so walked recovery. I'm guessing the recovery intervals were too long. The subsequent mile repeats felt pretty good at the faster pace. Maybe I should slow them just a tad and continue to jog rather than walk recovery intervals.
Left hip/butt a little achy as well as left ankle. Stretched and rolled a bit and did
