Yaaayyyyyy super pumped just to be on the track. Did what my PT told me to do which was 3 min on 1 minute off just to work on my form barefoot to get a better feel for how I was hitting the ground. My calves and plantar fascia got fatigued really quickly when I was running as I'm trying to completely change my form. If this really is nerve damage(which is most likely) then hopefully that means running on it wont make it worse? Its just super sucky because my leg never feels nice or right. Its the worst when I'm trying to sleep ad its just tingling. Going back to see Brian on Thursday
