First time bikings actually like been hard and actually made me sweat...Yesterday I had full intentions to do my 3 minute running thing again, but I woke up and my left calf was rock hard and uncomfortable to walk on. Most likely from running too much on my toes the day before. Finished with my leg drills and 10 min abs. Sad to see everyone running and doing hills ): I just want to run.
