Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Calves still tight so I biked to try and warm and loosen them up. After my 10 min warmup I went outside to try and run. I only got like 3 minutes before I stopped because of discomfort. Did a progressive workout on the bike. Regular pace for 15 mins, tempo for 15 mins and fast for 5. It was awful. Super hard and super hot in there.
