Weather: hot!!

Comments:
Nice workout at AU today. Ran there, 2 warm-up laps and then 5 laps of sprinting the straightaways and jogging the curves, then running back (plus a cool-down lap). Ran with Jenna and Michelle (and Lulu and Aidan). In some of the sprints I felt like I wasn't going as fast as I probably could, but it's early in the season so it's ok.
PS it was fun watching and cheering on guys tennis bc they had a match and i was recovery-jogging
