I woke up Friday morning with a cold or either really bad allergies, so I wasn't feeling my best. We went to AU to do repeat 600's as we did last Friday. I tried to pace myself for the first one, seeing that there would be two more. During the second one I felt an extra little burst of energy reaching the second 200 and was able to decrease my time from the first one. The third was a challenge, my throat begin to hurt more and my breathing was short and fast. I tried to focus on pushing through the pain. In the end it was a solid workout and it gives me hope that my 400's will get better.
