Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We ran to Willard park as a warmup then those of us who were not yet ready to do the 800s workout on the CCT did a tempo. We ran up the short trail through willard park and then did a tempo from the end of the trail back to behind safeway. We hit one stoplight (maybe two?) on the way back. I did a cooldown lap around the block with Isabel and Carl. I felt pretty heavy legged during the tempo and kind of lightheaded afterwards. My IT band didn't hurt at all in the warmup and during the actual tempo but it was bothering me a bit afterwards.
I'm really excited (and of course scared) to be racing on Wednesday!
