Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had about fifteen minutes of turn around time between a full day of skiing and this run. I think I was holding Ana up a bit. She had a bit more time in between than I did, but she also ran for 15 min before I joined her. Pace was pretty slow. The first half was all uphill, which hurt my already tired quads. We went out until we hit a highway and there was nowhere else to run. The second half was really fun though and I felt pretty good because of the downhill. Now, a couple hours later, I'm very sore and exhausted.
