Comments:
Ana and I woke up early to do our hill workout. I'm not positive our hill was the right length; it may have been a little short. but it was pretty steep and I felt about the right amount of tired. We did 8 hills and I think they were all around the same time. It was really great having Ana. We pushed eachother but didn't get competitive. We decided to go single file rather than next to eachother so that it didn't turn into a race. (Plus the sidewalk was kind of narrow.) single leg bridges, super people, clams, and PT strength.
