Comments:
The workout was easier than I thought it was going to be. I was expecting something like 4-5 mile repeats but it was 4x1200m with a 9 minute cycle. I got a bit faster on every one except for the last one which was just second or two slower than the third. I basically ran the whole thing on my own because I was stuck between two packs. I tried to stay with the girls up front (Lizzy, Zoe, Sylvia, Grace), and I did for the first lap of every 1200m, but they were always about 20 meters ahead of me by the end.
Matt, I looked at project L. I thought project F was cool, but this is really impressive. I didn't read everything, just skimmed over a few docs, but I'll be looking at it more closely over the next few days.
