ft reno

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice but a bit windy

Comments:
Forgot my inhaler at home, so it was a little rough. I did two ft reno hills, one of two loops of some distance (500-600?) and 3 sprints of roughly 100 meters. None of it felt like it was quality because of the breathing but I still kind of wish I had tried to do the one interval that i missed. no idea how to log this so I'm not even gonna bother with most of it. I only included the jog over to Ft reno (which involved some looping)
