Exercise Type: Run

Had a working of 7x800 at marathon pace, so a 3 hr marathon, is 3:00 for each 800. Did 2:57, 3:02, 2:57, 2:55, 2:52, 2:53. Feel simultaneously good and bad about my training. overall it makes me sad that this was a workout for me, especially considering what I used to do. But got through it and felt semi fresh afterwards despite high winds.
