Comments:
First of all, I was very impressed with the way everyone ran yesterday, I always enjoy watching my teammates run while waiting for my events. I was very excited for this race and I felt ok at the start. I got out too fast and my shin tightened up, but the time was still fine. Anthony was more pleased than I was, but that's ok. Sorry to my fellow Two-Milers for missing their races.
