Rhianna, Isabel and I lifted during 8th. mostly core stuff but some arms and legs too. then we tried to go aqua jogging but I didn't have my ID so Isabel (I'm so sorry Isabel) swam and Rhianna and I ellipticaled. just for fun I did it backwards for half of the time. i think it still has the same cardio value.
