Comments:
Binghamton canceled so we did a shortish workout. It was 5min - 2min jog - 4min - 2min jog - 3min - 2min jog - 2min - 1min jog - 1min - 1min jog - 30secs. We started at a comfortable tempo and the pace was supposed to increase from there. I was feeling pretty good today. I started the 5 minute tempo a few meters behind Grace and then finished it right behind Zoe and Lizzy. I mostly stayed with Grace for the rest of the workout though.
