Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was very cold and very rainy, but I still had a great time. everyone raced really well despite cold, rain, wind and Eve snow. Super impressed with everyone I saw and I'm sorry I didn't get to stay for everyone's races. First 800 was in the 4x8 with Abigail, Sarah, and Rhianna! I finished and had no idea how it went but was pretty happy when I got my time, which tied my PR! There's still a lot of time left in the season to hopefully beat it Second 800 was SMR with Allison Lulu and Aminah. We warmed up for about a million years because it was so delayed. I felt a little unfocused and I had some minor breathing issues. Luckily the 800 is short enough that it becomes anaerobic after not too long anyways. I'm so glad I got to race today and I'm really looking forward to the rest of the season!!
Shins bothered me, and my hip flexor was also bugging me a bit, which happened at some point in a past season and eventually went away on its own.
