warm up, drills, 30m sprints, bounds
8x150 with 4-6 min rest. Hit 21s and 20s, took 5 and 6 min rest for the second half. Felt very good. Indoor track tho...too bad we can't practice outdoors to get used to the wind and elements.
Abs, stretching, 34 push ups, 38 sit ups!
