Today was a weird workout.
200m at race pace (goal 34, hit 36)
30 sec rest, then 150 at race pace, 12 sec rest, all out 50m, 12 sec rest (did the 150s 4x)
12 min rest
200m, then one 150/50
This was definitely hard with the short rest but still didn't feel like a real workout...too short for that. Weird day. The top of my left foot starting hurting and I'm not sure what's wrong with it. Hopefully nothing serious.
