my hip flexor has been really bothering me for the last couple days so when I got to AU Anthony told me to just jog back and do the workout on a bike tomorrow. I don't like to miss workouts, particularly for something so small, but I also don't like to be in pain or to not race, so it was the right decision.

afterwards, abby and I lifted. we started jessie's lifting program for distance runner except we only had time for 2 sets instead of 3
