Sooo rainy.
We had a weird workout and my legs felt dead. Warmed up two miles, drills, 2xflying 150, and then a 500 at goal race pace. This means I was shooting for a 68 (sub 2:17 goal). Maria and I came through in 70 and hit the last 100 in 17. Very consistent, just not fast enough. We were in trainers (not spikes) and wet, plus we just raced yesterday, so I'm not going to read into it too much.
