went to x-train with rhianna after school. I did a workout- 8x2 minute intervals with 2 minutes of recovery. (I now think I might have remembered it wrong and it was supposed to be 3 minutes per interval. too late now). chatted with sahil and rhianna in the breaks. I felt pretty tired at the end of each interval but not so bad once I was done. I guess that's just how it goes with bike workouts. My hip flexor is feeling way better, so it was probably smart to not do the workout yesterday. crazy planks afterwards
