Weather: beautiful high 60s sunny

Comments:
Didnt really feel like running but i did. At first i felt very stiff and uncomfortable. Was a bit tired has not been a great week (been going out a bunch). core felt stiff and achy. Feet were really achy. Haven't ran in a while but I feel much stronger than last time. Running at 8mph throughout then up to 8.5 for a half mile then 9.0 for the rest. Was really beat at the end and struggling.
