Weather: The longest I have ran in one day since January....

Comments:
Felt sooooooo good to be running on the track again. I probably should have gone a bit faster, seeing as I didn't feel too worked out. Aerobically I felt good, I didn't start to feel any leg pain until about 1 lap to go. After the race my calves got immediately super tight and now they feel like rocks. I don't know how long it will take for them to get used to me running more on my midfoot instead of heel but I hope its soon. My shoelace came undone with about just more than a mile to go so that was super annoying. Corinne had a great race! Finished just ahead of me and didn't look too tired, I think 3k thats a good distance for her. My leg usually doesnt hurt until the day after I run so we will see tomorrow. All that workout made me want to do was race for real and run again...hopefully I can run something at relays but we will see.
